Jeff Sussman is a founding partner of Sussman Selig & Ross. He has long been recognized, by Who’s Who, Leading American Attorneys and Super Lawyers, as being at the top of his profession.

During his 35 year career, his practice has included cutting edge malpractice cases, as well as actions against drug companies, and other serious personal injury and wrongful death claims.

Jeff tries cases at both the State and Federal level, and has been involved since 1975 with individual and class actions against the American drug industry.

For several decades, Jeff has been a devoted advocate for both individual clients and for the improvement of the Chicago health care system in general. He was President of the United Parkinson Foundation and has worked tirelessly to make medicine more accessible to all.

Jeff is devoted to making certain that his clients have the finest representation possible. He believes that helping persons and families obtain the money and tools necessary to cope with the tragic effects of injury or death, is law and American Ideals at their highest calling! In that regard, he has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for many clients, over a long and successful career.

Jeff is a husband and father of two young sons. In addition to having had two of the highest verdicts in the nation over the last few years, he is writing a book for consumers on successful methods for obtaining the best available healthcare for you and your family.
